Our Legal Department reviews insurance aspects of client and supplier contracts, supports project implementation, assists with specific clauses and monitors relevant legal developments.
When a claim occurs, RMT develops a defence strategy with specialist law firms and takes part in expert meetings to protect the insured’s interests.
