1. Necessary preference storage

The website stores rmt-analytics-consent in your browser’s local storage after you accept or decline analytics. It contains the decision, the consent version, the date saved and its expiry date. It is retained for six months and is not sent to RMT’s servers.

This storage is necessary to remember your privacy choice and avoid displaying the consent panel on every page. An older, invalid or expired value is deleted and a new choice is requested.

2. Optional Google Analytics cookies

Google Analytics 4 is completely blocked until you select “Accept analytics cookies.” RMT uses it to understand pages viewed, referral source, approximate location, browser and device information. Google advertising signals and advertising personalisation are disabled.

3. Accepting, declining or withdrawing consent

Accept and Decline are available directly from the consent panel. You can reopen it at any time using the “Cookie preferences” button in the lower-left corner of the website. Declining disables future analytics and removes Google Analytics cookies accessible to this website.

If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, the website treats it as a refusal of analytics. You can also delete stored data from your browser settings; the consent panel will then appear again.

4. Provider and international processing

Google Analytics is provided by Google. When analytics is accepted, technical information may be processed outside the European Economic Area under the safeguards described by Google. For more information, consult the Google Privacy Policy.
