Léa Roger

A Franco-German and English-speaking specialist in European policy, Léa Roger has worked for many years in international environments. After deciding to take over the family company, she trained with Allianz Deutschland Beratungs- und Vertriebs-AG and spent five years in Germany as a sales representative and inspector for life, pension and retirement insurance. She has led RMT since 2021.

Sylvie Roger

Sylvie Roger brings extensive international experience from the industry and construction sectors. She has led strategic and international transformation projects with national and European scope and served on the boards of subsidiaries in Germany, Romania, Spain and Poland. At RMT, she oversees human resources, IT and accounting and is directly involved in client relationships.
